The short version
Almost everything we sell is made to order by hand, so all sales are final — with one big exception: if we get it wrong, we make it right.
Damaged or defective items
- If your item arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with photos.
- We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as production hasn't started. After that, made-to-order work is underway and the sale is final.
Personalized items
We build exactly what you typed. If we misspell your personalization, that's a free remake. If the submitted text had the typo, we can't refund it — double-check before ordering!
Digital products
Build plans and downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
