Orders

• An order is accepted when payment completes and you receive a confirmation email.
• Most items are made to order — production typically takes 1–2 weeks before shipping, pickup, or delivery.
• If a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel and fully refund the order before fulfilling it.
• We may decline or refund any order at our discretion (for example, if we can't safely ship an item to your location).

Personalized items

For personalized products, we build exactly what you type — please double-check spelling before ordering. Personalization mistakes on our end are on us; typos in what you submitted are not returnable.

Digital products

Build plans and other digital downloads are licensed for personal use only — no resale or redistribution. Download links have a limited number of uses; if yours runs out, contact us.
