Production time
Most items are made to order — allow 1–2 weeks of build time before your order ships or is ready for pickup/delivery. Personalized and multi-piece orders can take a little longer.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.
- The rates shown at checkout are live carrier prices for your address — we don't pad them.
- You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
- Large multi-box orders may only show UPS options (USPS doesn't handle multi-piece shipments).
Free local pickup
- Free in the Henderson, NV (89002) area.
- Pick a date at checkout; after your order we'll email you the exact pickup location and arrange a time.
Local delivery
- Available within about 20 miles of Henderson — the fee is quoted at checkout based on distance.
- Pick a delivery date at checkout; we'll confirm a window with you.
Card processing fee
Pickup and local-delivery orders include a small card-processing fee shown clearly at checkout — it covers exactly what the card networks charge us, so the full listed price goes to the work (and the house fund).

If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — photos within 7 days and we'll make it right.
